Energy

We have excellent connections in the “patch”, and they all are confirming that now is the time to acquire existing proven reserves and be in the oil business as an operator.  The downturn took the heat out of the market and returned acquisition prices for producing reserves to reasonable levels.  Our methodology is simple.  We look for troubled proven reserves in fields shut in due to bankruptcies, environmental issues, and/or poor management. We then study, calculate, and acquire reserves.

Additionally, RFG is investing heavily in renewables. Specifically, we are the lead investor in NovaSpark, a hydrogen company that produces energy out of thin air, using high-capacity atmospheric water generators to fuel a highly efficient hydrogen generator system. Their first product is an 8 KW mobile generator that is ruggedized for defense and emergency use, and can be rapidly deployed as needed. Our founder, Leo B. Womack acts as Chairman of NovaSpark, and Principal, Meagan Crawford acts as CFO.

RFG also has significant interest in a gas-fired generator company that is producing behind-the-grid solutions for data centers and critical infrastructure, and a Helium 3 Moon mining company that will fuel nuclear fusion.
