About this project.

Solving the South Texas water crisis with 150 million gallons/day of desalinated water. Texans helping Texans secure our water future.

AXE H2O has been tasked by the President and the Governor of Texas to address the South Texas water crisis. The aquifer serving Corpus Christi and surrounding areas has been severely depleted (to less than 9% capacity in critical segments) and is failing rapidly. This poses both a national security threat — over 80% of the nation's aviation fuel is refined in Corpus Christi — and a humanitarian crisis as nearly a million people in South Texas approach Stage 4 water restrictions.

AXE H2O delivers 150 million gallons per day of fresh, clean water from Gulf seawater through desalination, paired with its own dedicated 95 MW natural-gas microgrid for always-available power. First water in 12 months; full capacity in 24 months. The 30-year payback period includes inflation-adjusted quarterly dividends for early equity investors.

Long-term equity value exceeds $1B; currently raising $15M for 15% of the company.
