SpaceFund was the first venture capital firm focused exclusively on space technology and the new space economy. Meagan Crawford co-founded it and served as Managing Partner, deploying capital into early-stage companies across launch, satellites, space infrastructure and downstream applications, running the diligence on every investment in both funds and sitting on the boards.
Fund I and Fund II are closed and fully deployed across 21 portfolio companies, and both have overperformed against every fund metric since inception. Fund I stands at a 4.56 TVPI and Fund II at 2.5. Four portfolio companies have exited: Made In Space in 2020, Voyager Technologies in 2025, Skyloom in 2026, and SpaceX in 2026.
Neither fund is open to new investors. This entry is a record of results rather than an allocation.
